No. According to the data sheets and literature posted by Cisco http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collaboration-endpoints/unified-ip-phone-7900-series/literature.html our headphones are not compatible with Cisco 79XX series of IP phones because it uses proprietary cables for headsets.
